Credit Request Policy
Introduction
Welcome to NextGen Storm Leads. This Credit Request Policy outlines the procedures, eligibility criteria, and terms for submitting requests for credit related to leads provided by NextGen Storm Leads ("NextGen").
Eligibility Criteria
Credit requests must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled appointment date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered eligible and will be automatically denied.
Submission Requirements
Clients must provide clear, valid, and verifiable documentation, including detailed explanations and photographic evidence demonstrating attendance at the scheduled appointment and justification for the requested credit.
Review and Approval Process
All credit requests will be reviewed by NextGen within five (5) business days of submission. Approval or denial of requests will be at the sole discretion of NextGen, based upon provided evidence and internal verification processes.
Conditions for Approval or Denial
- Approved Requests: Credits will be applied to the client's account within ten (10) business days following approval. These credits can only be used toward future leads and services. No cash refunds will be provided.
- Denied Requests: Requests lacking sufficient evidence, unclear documentation, or submitted beyond the allowable period will be denied.
Resubmission and Appeals
Denied credit requests may be resubmitted once if accompanied by additional documentation or clarifications within three (3) business days from the denial notification date. Repeated denials due to insufficient documentation may result in further resubmissions being rejected outright.
Abuse Policy
Repeated, frivolous, or fraudulent credit requests constitute misuse of our credit system and may lead to suspension or termination of your eligibility to submit further requests and may also result in the termination of services provided by NextGen.
Limitation of Liability and No Warranty
NextGen provides no guarantees or warranties regarding the quality or outcomes of leads provided. Clients acknowledge that NextGen is not responsible for the actions, agreements, or disputes involving property owners. All disputes must be resolved directly between the client and property owner.
Client Acknowledgment
By submitting a credit request, clients affirm that all provided information is truthful, accurate, and verifiable. Submission of knowingly false information will lead to immediate denial of the request and potential termination of services.
Changes to this Policy
NextGen reserves the right to update or modify this Credit Request Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services following policy updates will constitute acceptance of those changes.
