MEET OUR OWNERS: KIM AND MARK
Kimberly M Reed Bio: With over 30 years experience in the construction industry, Kimberly Reed is a successful business owner, entrepreneur, contractor and consumer advocate.
In 2017 Kimberly Launched NextGen Storm Leads, a lead generation company geared for the storm restoration industry. Kimberly has successfully grown the company to one of the “TOP” recognized company’s in the Restoration Industry nationwide.
Prior to that, Kim owned a very successful construction company as well as a very successful Glass company in Colorado. Kimberly has also worked with a General Contractor and Engineering firm on many well-known very large-scale commercial projects in Colorado.
Kim has 10 years of direct roofing experience and vast knowledge of the industry including (production, sales, roofing types, project management and extensive experience with very large commercial projects).
Passionate about giving back, Kim holds numerous fundraises for storm and hurricane victims as well as children in need. Local media throughout Colorado has recognized Kim’s relief work. As an Advisory member of the American Policyholder Association (APA), Kim is passionate about positive change and joining the mission to improved the industry.
While not running multiple companies, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Kim’s passion is the construction industry and through the APA Kimberly feels she can make the impact for others by sharing her passion and determination in the Restoration Industry.

Mark A. Brown-Reed II Bio: Mark hit the ground running and co-founded NextGen Storm Leads when he was 18 years old and still in high school. With experience on many sides of the industry, Mark has a vast depth of industry knowledge and insights.
Prior to launching NextGen, Mark initially had aspirations of running his own business and became a Team Leader at State Farm with hopes of being the youngest in Colorado to have his own agency. While with State Farm, Mark started selling for Northwest Roofing and went on to launch NextGen. During this time, he grew to love the contractor industry and became extremely passionate about it. Mark decided to leave his position with State Farm so he could follow his passion and fully dedicate his time to building NextGen and helping contractors grow their businesses.
Since launching in 2017, Mark has tripled revenues. Mark still holds his Insurance license and is currently in the process of getting his Series 7 Financial Planner license and Government Contract certification. Mark also holds a certificate in SEO Training from Moz, and a certificate in Social Media from SO ME Academy. Mark has a solid background in entrepreneurship and attended local and national DECA and Future Business Leader of America (FBLA) conferences throughout high school.
